Shipping & Returns
Timelines and terms below are placeholder structure for this preview build and will be finalized once fulfillment partners are connected.
Processing
Journal and book orders are prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days.
Apparel is produced on demand and typically enters production within 2–5 business days before shipping.
Delivery
Domestic delivery is estimated at 3–7 business days after dispatch; international delivery may take longer and can be subject to customs duties payable by the recipient.
Tracking details are emailed as soon as a shipment leaves the fulfillment center.
Returns & exchanges
Unused journals and books in original condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Because apparel is printed to order, returns are accepted for defects, printing errors or incorrect items rather than for change of mind. Please include photographs with your request.
Damaged or lost parcels
Contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we will arrange a replacement or refund after review.
