Privacy Policy

This template describes the categories of information the site is designed to handle. Confirm the final wording with qualified counsel before launch.

Information we collect

Contact details you provide voluntarily, such as your name and email address when you join the mailing list or send a message.

Order details required to fulfill a purchase, including shipping address and order contents, once payments are connected.

Basic technical information such as browser type and pages visited, collected to keep the site working well.

How we use information

To respond to enquiries, process and deliver orders, and send updates you have asked to receive.

We do not sell personal information.

Analytics & advertising

We use the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to understand how visitors use our site and to measure the effectiveness of our advertising. The Pixel places a cookie on your browser to recognize you across pages and devices, and reports the following events to Meta: pages you view (PageView), products you view (ViewContent), items you add to your bag (AddToCart), and when you begin checkout (InitiateCheckout). These events may include the page address, product name and price, and technical details such as your browser and approximate location derived from your IP address.

Purchases are completed on Shopify's secure checkout. When you arrive there from our site, Shopify may connect your purchase to the same Meta Pixel so we can measure whether our advertising led to a sale. Shopify acts as an independent controller of the information you provide at checkout; please see Shopify's privacy policy for details.

We also use the TikTok Pixel for the same purposes. It places a cookie on your browser and reports the same events (page views, products viewed, items added to your bag, and checkout starts), including the page address, product name and price, and technical details such as your browser and IP address, to TikTok, which may use it in accordance with its own privacy policy. The TikTok Pixel follows the same advertising choice in "Cookie settings" as the Meta Pixel.

Meta receives this information to report on and improve ad performance, and may use it in accordance with its own privacy policy.

Both pixels may use first-party cookies — cookies set under our own domain, theaog611.com (such as Meta's "_fbp" and TikTok's "_ttp") — as well as third-party cookies, so that visits and purchases can be connected to an ad over multiple sessions. Information from these first-party cookies is shared with Meta and TikTok to measure ad results and help show our ads to more people.

We have also enabled TikTok's enhanced data collection. When it is active, the TikTok Pixel may automatically collect additional information from our pages, including page content (such as page titles, meta tags and product details), your interactions (such as clicks, button presses and time spent on a page), and site performance (such as page load speed and responsiveness). TikTok may use this information to improve ad delivery and campaign performance.

None of these cookies, events or enhanced data are collected until you allow advertising in "Cookie settings". If you decline or later withdraw consent, neither pixel loads and no new data is sent.

Your advertising choices & opt-outs

You can choose whether we use advertising and analytics tracking at any time from "Cookie settings" in the site footer; the Meta Pixel only loads once advertising is allowed, and switching it off stops new events immediately. We keep a record of your choice, when you made it and the notice version shown, in your browser. If you describe your choice in your own words, that text is sent to an AI service (via Lovable AI) solely to suggest settings and a summary; it is not used for advertising. You can also opt out by blocking cookies in your browser settings, using an ad-blocking or privacy extension, or adjusting your ad preferences in your Meta (Facebook or Instagram) account settings, or your ad preferences in your TikTok account settings.

You can also opt out of interest-based advertising from many providers through the Digital Advertising Alliance at optout.aboutads.info and the Network Advertising Initiative at optout.networkadvertising.org.

Visitors in regions that require consent for advertising cookies (such as the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland) may be asked to grant consent before advertising tracking begins, and can withdraw that consent at any time. Where applicable state law provides an opt-out of the sale or sharing of personal information for advertising (such as California's "Do Not Sell or Share" right), you may exercise it by contacting us through the contact form on this site; we do not sell personal information for money.

Service providers

We may share limited information with providers that help us operate — for example payment processing, print fulfillment, shipping and email delivery — strictly to perform those services.
